Men's Group

We facilitate a space for men to come together to provide mutual support and community involvement.

The group meet once a week, on Friday from 5pm-7pm, in our community flat in Cardonald.

During this time the group holds different activities, such as sharing information skills and experiences, which help people gain insights and advice. We have awareness sessions & workshops, indoor & outdoor activities and often go on trips.
